8a. Changing Information
All information that Mono stores related to a reseller account, including your contact and billing information, is maintained by our accounting department. You can contact them to update your information at any time by emailing email@example.com. In fact, we highly encourage you to keep this information up to date so that billing processes operate smoothly.
All information relating to a particular site subscription or customer of the Reseller is maintained in the Reseller Admin Interface (RAI) and can be changed at any time by Reseller users with the correct permissions levels in their RAI access.
8b. Removing Information
To remove your information from our system, you need to contact support or accounting department. For removing site subscriptions and customer level information, you can do this directly in RAI.
9. Disclosing and sharing your information
Mono uses third-party service providers to perform some services on our behalf, including credit card processing, email services, data analysis and customer support functions. These service providers have access to personal information needed to perform such functions on our behalf.
Mono reserves the right to share all collected information with its parent, affiliates and other related businesses.
