Office Coordinator

Mono Solutions is looking for a positive and organized Office Coordinator to join our team in Copenhagen.


You will join our dynamic and rapidly growing software company serving thousands of small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) with our world leading online presence platform (30+ markets – mainly Europe and North America).

As the Office Coordinator you will play an active role in ensuring a smooth work day for the entire company. 


about the job

In this newly created position, you will play a central role in helping with the practical tasks. You will become part of a rapidly growing company with colleagues from more than 13 nationalities and a dynamic work environment.

The position is a full-time job and you should be one of the first in the office, ideally no later than 8 am, to welcome your colleagues to a fresh start of a new day.


your responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring that the office is always presentable, and overall responsible for everything related to our office facilities.


Your day will start with practical tasks, such as making coffee, preparing breakfast/fruit and emptying the dishwasher, checking mail and post. For lunch, you need to coordinate the delivery and set-up the buffet, as well as clean up afterwards. 

Other tasks depend on what is planned for the day, or what your colleagues need. Examples of other tasks could be:
  • Make sure that the office is clean and tidy (e.g. no boxes laying around, etc)
  • Organize the office layout
  • Order stationary and equipment for the office
  • Address office management-related queries from employees (e.g. help with travel arrangements, help to send a package)
  • Liase with facility management vendors, including: cleaning, catering and security services
  • Ensure that the office is well-maintained, and coordinate any necessary repairs
  • Assist in planning company events, such as DHL, Friday Bars, summer and holiday parties
  • Provide support for visitors, internal and external meetings (e.g. setting up coffee and beverages, etc.)
  • Handle and solve all on-going tasks related our facility
