Mono Solutions is looking for a talented Business Development Manager to
join our US team in Denver and our rapidly growing business serving hundreds of
thousands of websites across 30+ markets.

About the job

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager in our growing Denver office. The ideal candidate will be a competitive self starter looking to break into a sales career. The Business Development Manager will work closely with our Director of Business Development and Partner Success Manager with identifying and qualifying new prospects and channels for our suite of small business web presence solutions, engaging in strategic partner conversations and ultimately moving these conversations to close. The Business Development Manager will be crucial in Mono’s continued growth and success in the North American market.

Your responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for qualifying and pitching early stage prospective partners
  • Work to fill the top of the sales funnel by identifying, researching, and initiating contact via email, phone, and Linkedin with ideal prospects and key decision makers within those organizations
  • Update, manage, and track all contacts and activities in SalesForce and look for opportunities to optimize our sales process. 
  • Working with the marketing team to qualify inbound leads and optimize the account based marketing strategy.
  • Work with prospects to outline sales strategies and forecasts to evaluate the profitability and ROI of potential partnerships
  • Learn the Mono products inside out and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the small business SaaS industry

  • Solid spoken and written communication skills
  • Flexible working style and ability to manage a wide variety of tasks

It would be awesome if...

  • Have an understanding or experience with web technology and digital marketing
  • Have experience working in SalesForce
  • Speak Spanish and/or French
  • You have a natural curiosity for new technology and desire to “tinker”
