Senior Sales representative

Mono Solutions is looking for a talented Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Copenhagen and our growing business serving thousands of websites across 30+ markets.

 

About the job

The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior sales profile who has proven experience with larger digital enterprise sales. The Senior Sales Representative will work closely with our sales team members and marketing team on identifying and qualifying new enterprise prospects and channels for our suite of small business web presence solutions with focus on websites and engage in strategic partner conversations, and ultimately move these conversations to sales. The Senior Sales Representative will play a key role in Mono’s continued growth and success.

 

Your responsibilities

The Senior Sales Representative will report directly to the CEO. The work includes direct work with the CEO to further develop growth and sales strategies and be ready to execute hands on with pursuing large enterprise prospects. The focus will be on hunting and closing enterprise / medium-sized partners and developing growth strategies and hands on sales tactics to drive the highest possible value for clients and returns for Mono Solutions.

 

  • Proven experience in larger digital enterprise service sales with the full sales cycle from first contact to closing the sale with contract and pricing negotiations.
  • Learn the Mono products inside out and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the SMB SaaS industry.
  • Emphasize an energetic and positive attitude with a desire to keep following up on new enterprise leads and take ownership over the area.
  • Work to expand your network in the digital world to find larger prospects to fill the sales funnel by attending conferences, identifying, researching, and initiating contact via email, phone, and LinkedIn with ideal prospects and key decision makers within those organizations.
  • Update, manage, and track all contacts and activities in an organized tracker or CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and look for opportunities to optimize our sales process.
  • Work with the marketing team to qualify larger inbound leads and generate contact and execute sales.
  • Work with prospects to outline sales strategies and forecasts to evaluate the profitability and ROI of potential partnerships.
  • Proven experience in the strategic sales where new partnerships are explored and by this create new ways to get revenue streams.
     

The position requires a person with a strong understanding and experience from working with sales and services from the digital world and it would be great if it comes from SaaS the world. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player, has strong people skills, and enjoys pitching to potential customers as well as a desire to inspire and motivate team members and colleagues. Furthermore, the ideal candidate is goal and performance oriented, has a structured approach and thrives in a challenging, ambitious, and changing environments. What we expect

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in larger enterprise sales.
  • Competitive, high energetic candidate who is interested in or familiar with digital B2B marketing and sales processes.
  • Understanding of the larger enterprise sales cycle around digital service solutions and digital marketing.
  • Attention to detail in the administrative aspect of the sales cycle, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work.
  • Strong professionalism and desire to work independently in an energetic international environment.
  • Flexibility to travel to visit leads and sales prospects and go to conferences.
  • Solid spoken and written communication skills in English on negotiation level.
  • Flexible working style and ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and leads.
  • Have an understanding or experience with web technology and digital sales solutions.

  • Have experience working with Salesforce
  • Are bilingual and perhaps speak German, Spanish, or French
  • Have a natural curiosity for new technology and marketing sales solutions
