PART-TIME GERMAN PARTNER ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a dedicated German speaking Partner Associate to manage Mono Solutions´ relations with partners based primarily in Germany. The position is part-time.


Your primary role will be to help us build and maintain a strong relationship with our German reselling partners and help them grow their business. 


You will help us to drive customer adoption and success and improve our understanding of our Partners' business and industry objectives. 


Key to this role is being able to articulate value, inspire our partners to sell the Mono SaaS solutions and encourage adoption and expansion. We don't expect years of proven experience, but you should possess strong business and analytical skills and be passionate about account management.


the position involves

  • Being attentive to partner needs, including sales and marketing needs for scaling their business and (at all times) identify up-sell opportunities.
  • Developing and executing partner success plans, and tracking and reporting on key metrics to ensure partner adoption and success.
  • Help to conduct QBRs and identifying key strategies for revenue acceleration.


REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Your are currently studying as a Business School candidate with 1-2 years left of your studies.
  • You are able to work 15-20 hrs/wk
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Solid spoken and written communication skills
  • You strive to collaborate and build strong relationships with partners
  • Great analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to figure out how things should work, and to identify patterns and trends
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work
  • Strong social skills


IT IS AN EXTRA BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE

  • A good understanding of web-technology 
  • Experience in Web Agency-work / project management or the like
