We are looking for an Account Manager to manage Mono Solutions´ relations with partners based primarily in Germany. It is the responsibility of the Account Manager to drive customer adoption and success. You should be comfortable at both consulting and negotiating at a management-level; backed by a strong understanding of our Partners’ business and industry objectives. Key to this role is being able to articulate value, inspire our partners to sell the Mono SaaS solutions and encourage adoption and expansion. You should possess strong business and analytical expertise and strong account management expertise.
Your primarily role is to build and maintain a strong relationship with our German reselling partners and help them grow their business. You will serve as an escalation point for issues that impact our partners’ success and will maintain strong working relationships with other customer facing Mono personnel in Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Support and Finance.
