BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to manage Mono Solutions’ business development activities for new resellers globally and assist the Head of Sales with business development activities and reseller management activities. It is the responsibility of the Business Development Associate to drive prospective reseller campaigns and manage inbound leads, including partner vetting, understanding their business needs and delivering product demonstrations.


Key to this role is having a strong interest in business development and understanding the growing landscape of online presence and the SaaS model. You should possess a strong mind and organizational skills and have a willingness to face challenges and a strong desire to learn.



THIS involves

  • Understanding the Mono Solutions SaaS product and Go To Market strategy for resellers.
  • Being attentive to prospects needs, understanding their business needs, and positioning the Mono Platform to meet those needs.
  • Developing and executing prospective reseller campaigns, and tracking and reporting on key metrics.
  • Handling all inbound leads from websites, campaigns, or conferences and develop leads into prospective reseller opportunities. 
  • Drive up-sell and cross-sell campaigns with current reseller to increase revenues and promote growth


REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably you are a first year Business School candidate or currently enrolled in the last year of your Bachelors’ and have at least 1-2 years left of your studies
  • Ability to work 20 hrs/wk 
  • Fluent in English, German is a bonus
  • Solid spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong professionalism and desire to work in an energetic environment
  • Understanding or desire to learn the sales cycle around SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with B2B Marketing, sales processes and consulting practices 
  • A positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work
  • Good understanding or experience with web-technology is an advantage
  • Strong social skills
